name, telephone number and booking details. By submitting a booking, the customer agrees
that their telephone number may be shared with the selected business for the purpose of
confirming, managing, changing or cancelling the booking.
By making a booking, the customer also agrees that the selected business may contact them
by telephone regarding that booking or related service arrangements.
Businesses are responsible for keeping their profile, opening hours, services, prices,
availability, advertisements, images and contact details accurate and up to date.
Businesses must use customer telephone numbers only for legitimate booking-related
communication. Businesses must not misuse customer information, sell it, share it with
unauthorised third parties, or use it for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis.
Users may receive booking confirmations, reminders, account notifications, service updates,
platform announcements, promotional emails and local business advertisements. Marketing
messages may be included together with service-related emails where permitted by law.
Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications where an unsubscribe option is provided.
Token purchases, promotional upgrades, featured listings, advertising credits and similar
digital services are non-refundable once purchased, activated, allocated or used, except
where required by law.
Users and businesses must not upload, publish, advertise, link to or promote any unlawful,
misleading, fraudulent, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, pornographic,
sexually explicit, violent, harmful or otherwise inappropriate content.
121.help reserves the right to review, reject, remove, restrict, suspend or permanently
block any account, business profile, advertisement, review, image, content or access to
services where we believe these Terms have been breached, unlawful content has been
submitted, abuse is suspected, or the safety, reputation or operation of the platform may
be affected.
